- Cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided. Guests sometimes leave behind other beach items but we do not maintain or guarantee these items.

- Fold-out cot that fits in bedroom or living room to accommodate a fifth guest
- Bathroom with hand-made wooden countertops and shutters for privacy, plenty of natural and overhead light, slate tile shower, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries
- Direct access to Caneel Hill Trail, which takes you to gorgeous sweeping views, shopping and dining in Cruz Bay, Salomon and Honeymoon beaches, or the North Shore Road. (Note: this is definitely a hike and should not be seen as a reason to forego renting a car!)
